You can use the patient portal on our website to safely manage your health care. You can use it on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
In the portal, you can:
- make appointments
- request medicines
- ask the GP a question
- see your medical file and test results
Soon, you will be able to log in with DigiD. Then you will not need a username and password anymore.
Until then, you need to request an account using the button below. Use a unique personal email address for each account, also for children. You may use an extra email address (alias) if you prefer.
After you create an account, you will receive an email. Follow the steps to log in.
