Yes. Your first contact is always with the GP. The GP will check with you what is an appropriate next step.
Emails about your appointments and your patient environment come from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To create your patient environment (portal), you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these mail addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your phone. That way, our mails will be recognised as trusted.
From mid-June, you will be able to log in using your DigiD.
Do you need care sooner? Then request a login to the practice.
To do so, use the form you will find at our practice info from 30 April.
Adding a website to the home screen of an Iphone or Ipad
- Tap the app Safari Go to GPpracticeisis.co.uk.
- In iOS26, tap the icon of the three dots at the bottom right ..
On an iPhone running iOS18 and on an Ipad, skip this step. - At the bottom or, on an iPad, at the top, tap the share button. This is an icon of a square with an arrow pointing upwards.
- Tap Put on home screen. Sometimes this requires clicking More or scrolling down first.
- Tap the name of the site and type another name, e.g. Hp Isis
- Tap Add.
The home screen appears with the practice's logo.
Add website to home screen Android phone
- Tap the Chrome app.
- Go to the website: huisartsenpraktijkisis.nl
- Tap the picture with the 3 dots at the top right.
- Tap Add to home screen Give the site a recognisable title, e.g. Hp Isis.
- Tap 'Add' and tap 'Add' again.
The practice's logo is now on the home screen.
For patients who need regular check-ups, we have partnered with the company Viduet.
Together with them, we ensure that your appointment is timely and well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice.
This could be a request to complete a questionnaire, for example, or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us.
For us, it is very nice if you comply with such a request.
Use a special tick remover or pointed tweezers and pull out the tick close to the skin.
Seek help if the tick was attached for more than 24 hours and if you see a red circle appear around the bite location.
