FAQ
If your question isn’t listed here, please feel free to contact the practice.
The GP practice is named after the myth of an Egyptian goddess. She symbolises the power of self-healing, love, fertility and protection.
Absolutely. Your first point of contact is always your GP. Your GP will discuss with you what the appropriate next step is.
Emails regarding your appointments and your patient portal are sent from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To set up your patient portal, you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these email addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your phone. That way, our emails will be recognised as trusted.
Are you over 16? You log in to the patient portal using your personal DigiD. Don’t have a DigiD yet? Apply for your DigiD here [This opens in a new window].
Do you have any questions about DigiD? Visit the DigiD website or go straight to Help & Contact for DigiD.
For children under the age of 16, or, if you do not wish to use DigiD, please ask the practice to provide you with a username and password.
We would ask you to log in once using your DigiD. Once you have done that, we will be able to let you know if there is a message waiting for you in your patient portal.

For patients who require regular check-ups, we have entered into a partnership with the company Viduet.
Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is properly prepared. They will send you emails on behalf of our practice.
This could, for example, be a request to complete a questionnaire or a request for you to arrange an appointment with us.
We would really appreciate it if you could comply with such a request.
Use a special tick remover or a pair of pointed tweezers and pull the tick out as close to the skin as possible.
