With our Patient Portal, you can easily manage your healthcare needs whenever it suits you. Using your smartphone, tablet or computer, you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, ask a question via an e-consultation, and view your medical records and test results.
You can now log in using DigiD, and no longer need a username and password.
Good to know: DigiD login is not available for children under 16. You can request a login for children from the practice.
We would be grateful if you could log in with your DigiD just once. Once you have done so, we will be able to let you know when a message is available for you on your patient portal.
