What does this mean for you?
We are organising the practice in such a way that you receive prompt and effective assistance. You can carry out many tasks yourself via the website. You can also call us on the new number 0342 76 11 80.
- You book a telephone appointment with the GP yourself. The GP will call you back at the agreed time.
- If necessary, you and the GP will arrange an appointment to see you at the surgery.
- You cannot walk in without an appointment.

Transition to the new practice
On 28 and 29 April, we will be switching to a new system. On those days, it will be more difficult to get hold of us.

From 30 April, you can book appointments and request a login for the website.
You will remain a patient of GP Van Wijnendaele
